Our coating process begins with degreasing, which occurs in two separate pools, followed by rinsing in three additional pools. After thorough cleaning, the parts receive an oxiline layer and undergo two more rinses. Next, the KTL primer coating is applied, followed by another double rinse. After that, the coated parts go through a furnace to be properly cured. Finally, the powder coating is applied, and the parts go to the oven one more time to cure the powder.
In addition, our painting process includes multiple quality inspections, from daily paint tests at our factory to sending paint samples to German laboratories each month for inspection. These tests ensure that each PALMS forestry trailer and crane matches our well-known quality standards.
